Unsere Wohnung
Our high-quality 49 sqm vacation apartment offers space for 2 people and is located directly on the Lake Constance cycle path, just a few minutes walk from the lake. It has a small south-facing balcony with a view of the lake, which is somewhat restricted by the trees in summer.

The open living room contains a table with 2 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and small freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, oven, electric stove and dishwasher.
Salt, pepper and coffee pads are always available as basic equipment.

A sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV as well as wi-fi let you survive even a rainy day well.
Modern and cozy
The bedroom, which is accessible through the bathroom, contains a bed with 1.80m lying area and good foam mattresses with fresh bed linen.

The bathroom with a walkable shower and a bathtub has fresh towels ready for you.
Thus, it is good to relax after a busy day.

The toilet is separate.
A car parking space and a lockable room for bicycles are available.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
